North 320 Luxury Residences

 N320 is a boutique development of 16 luxury townhomes located on Center Street in the heart of Downtown Northville. The project consists of 16 custom and semi-custom built townhomes ranging in size from 1,800 to 2,800 square feet. The project is an infill redevelopment project on just over 1.0 acre of land holding a blighted retail structure. When completed the project hosted just over 54,000 square feet of luxury residential living.
