Levels Commonwealth

The Levels Brand is built to focus on small to medium-sized projects on infill land parcels with density and scale conscious of the need for additional density while remaining thoughtful to the historical texture and fabric within these infill locations.

Levels Commonwealth is a 3-story structure with residential units comprising all of the floors. This height is in concert with the rest of the surrounding assets and the front facade motif employs mostly brick, accented with glass, wood, and some composite materials to effectuate a historically considerate, yet clean and lively aesthetic. The residential units are flat apartment-style and are approximately 1,000 square feet. There is also a 3-car garage to provide off-street parking for the residents.
