Huron Street Multifamily

The Huron Street project is a horizontal multifamily redevelopment project on just over ¾ acre of land within the historic North Corktown neighborhood. It is a collection of 15 residential duplex structures that house 2 units offering 2 bedrooms and 2-baths and private entries.  Atop the parking, there are also a accessory dwelling units (ADU), which offer 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment homes. All together the project will yield a total of 30 residential units with 6 of them being regulated affordable and delivering mixed-income to the community.
