North End Multifamily

This project includes the acquisition of vacant land and the construction of seven rental residential units across the two infill sites within the North End neighborhood of Detroit. One of the builds houses a 4-unit building that offers 2 bedroom and 2-bath units with private entries, balconies, and parking for each residence. The other build takes advantage of the desire for increased density and overs a 2-unit duplex with a garage and an accessory dwelling unit atop the parking structure.  All together the project yields a total of 7 residential units with 1 of them being offered at regulated affordable rents and delivering mixed-income housing to the community.
