North Corktown Multifamily

This project includes the acquisition of vacant land and the construction of six rental residential units across the two infill sites within the North Corktown neighborhood of Detroit. Both of the sites host a duplex structures offering 2-bedroom and 2-bath units with private entries, balconies, and parking for each residence. Each site also hosts a 2-car garage structure with an 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment unit atop the parking. Collectively, the project yields a total of 6 residential units with 2 of them being offered at regulated affordable rents and delivering mixed-income housing to the community.
